HLH Meal Plans and Advanced Catering Service Packages:
 
     What  better way to be proactive and relaxed on your week or weekend away, than make arrangements for a meal plan for you and your family?   We can customise it to suit your family’s needs for your arrival, your first couple of days, or for your entire stay at HLH. We simply ask for you to choose from one of the plans below and identify  the occupancy level on your vacation rental, and we will look after the rest.  Please contact us directly for any additional questions or concerns you may have*. 
     We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for any and all types of Meal Plans and Advanced Service Packages.  Anyone booking with more than six occupants will require some consultation in advance through one of our listing agents.  
     Weddings, special occasion events, or specialty catering with staff
included are extra and require a consultation with one of our listing agents to  assess and properly cater your event.  Please inquire if you are interested in learning more!
    You will also notice we quantify the cost per seating.  This is basically how we determine the number of meal seatings you will have during your stay at HLH, and as usual, costs are impacted by occupancy.  If
you decide you’d like to have more than one time you make your own meals, simply specify the number of seatings in the line items

*NB*: Please remember, that this service is subject to the appropriate additional costs to cover the cost of the food and beverage.  This does not include alcoholic beverages, specialty diets such as “Organic”, “Gluten-Free” or Celiac  Diets.  If you have some very specific dietary requirements, we will do our best to assist, but it might be  determined that you will need to look after it on your own.  All meal plans or advanced catering service packages are subject to  applicable provincial taxes.  There are NO REFUNDS permitted for these services and all groceries are  shopped for locally from the local merchant vendors based out of Parry Sound, Ontario.*
