Summer Rental Rates:  (JULY AND AUGUST ONLY)

Starting from $2400.00 plus tax and damage deposit per 2 weeks  (arrival on Monday, departure the second Sunday at noon)

Starting from $1470.00 plus tax and damage deposit per week  (arrival Monday departure following Sunday at noon)

*PLEASE NOTE:  Week rentals are preferred for July and August only
**Anything longer than two weeks can be negotiated at a better rate; please contact the proprietor for more details
*Weekends are not usually permitted in July or August; in the event that a week is open a last minute exception is a possibility based on a waiting list with the proprietor; please contact proprietor for details)

Starting from $635.00 plus tax and damage deposit per weekend (arrival Friday, departure Sunday at NOON
*May Long Weekend subject to higher rate as it is considered a premium

Starting from $840.00 plus tax and damage deposit per 4 days rental (arrival on Monday, departure on Thursday OR arrival on Thursday and departure would be Sunday at noon)

Starting from $1250.00 plus tax and damage depsoit per week rental (arrival on Monday, departure the following Sunday at noon)

 Offseason Rental Rates:  (starting January 1st until April 30th and from Sept. 8th until Dec. 31st)

Starting from $1500.00 plus tax and damage deposit per 2 weeks

Starting from $850.00 plus tax and damage deposit per week

Starting form $525.00 plus gst and damage deposit per 4 day weekend 

Starting from $425.00 plus tax and damage deposit per weekend (higher rates apply for holiday weekends)

*Rental includes access to cottage and property for agreed and paid for, rental period; linens are extra; no service on pillows; access to pedal boat included, but motorised boats are not included.

**Rates are subject to occupancy level and start at 8 adults for the base rate of rental; beyond that the rate increases by $30.00 per person, per day of rental plus applicable taxes.

***All bookings must be paid in full for rental confirmation in advance of rental in the form of money order, certified cheque or cash; will also accept direct deposit and emailed payments through the internet; PLUS there is also a DAMAGE DEPOSIT required at time of booking in the form of a post-dated personal cheque for date of departure and upon a pass inspection will be returned or cashed depending upon condition of property and dwelling at time of inspection.

****Inspections that do not meet the standards set out in the agreement and departure conditions will be subject to addtional charges:  trash/garbage, cleaning charges, dog feces charges, damage charges.
